Russian military commissar found dead

Roman Malik, the military commissar of the Partizansky and Lazovsky districts of the Primorsky region of Russia, was found dead, Report informs, citing the Russian press.
According to his relatives, Malik has seen heavy battles and had no health issues.
The circumstances of his death are unknown.
