Armenia's ratification of the Rome Statute will have the most negative consequences for bilateral relations, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia said, Report informs.
The Armenian National Assembly’s Standing Committee on State-Legal Issues has today ratified the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC).
The issue was forwarded for consideration at the upcoming plenary sitting of the Parliament.
If ratified, Vladimir Putin should be arrested if he goes to Armenia.
