"There is an import component in these goods, and it takes time to redirect deliveries and purchases. These productions, which we have a lot of - there are more than 15 factories on hygiene items in the Russian Federation, they purchase raw materials abroad in advance. If any suppliers refuse, others are found. The product is highly localized in Russia. There will be no problems," he assured.

Earlier, the department said that the shortage could be avoided if buyers buy such goods as usual, and not stock up for future use.
