Russian gas explosion death toll reaches 3

Three people were killed after a gas explosion struck a residential building in the Russian city of Noginsk, Report cited TASS as saying.
A gas explosion in a nine-storey block of flats in Moscow Oblast injured 13 people. Residents have been evacuated. Rescue operations are underway.
