Russian Foreign Ministry: Introducing visa regime with Ukraine being considered

Russia is considering the introduction of a visa regime for citizens of Ukraine, Report informs referring to the Russian Foreign Ministry.
Previously, the visa regime with Russia was introduced by Kyiv.
On July 1, Ukraine introduced a visa regime for Russian citizens, and the government approved this proposal on June 17. On September 6, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrei Rudenko said that Russia is considering retaliatory measures for the introduction of visas by Ukraine.
He added that citizens of Ukraine will be able to enter Russia without visas until January 1, 2023.
