"We have no problems with the Ukrainian people. However, they have started to moronize and arouse [negative] mood against Russians," Report informs citing Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov’s interview with RBK TV channel.
This happened earlier than the coup (the foreign minister refers to the 2014 Maidan movement in Ukraine - Report) after they have gained their independence. This course has been chosen by the players of the big chessboard, who views it as a tool to stop Russia in Ukraine, and they just wanted to turn it into a regional player," Lavrov said.
