Russian court arrests Azerbaijani diaspora head in absentia

The head of the Azerbaijani diaspora in the Ural region of Russia, Shahin Shikhlinski, was arrested in absentia by the Basmanny Court of Moscow.
According to Report, citing 66.ru, he has been charged with alleged murder and use of violence against a government official.
Shahin Shikhlinski himself does not admit his guilt.
