Russia withdraws some troops from Kyiv and Chernihiv with heavy losses 

“Russian forces continue large-scale armed aggression against Ukraine, however, it withdraws some troops from Kyiv and Chernihiv regions, Report informs, citing the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

“The enemy continues to suffer heavy losses. On March 28, a farewell ceremony was held for nearly 200 servicemen killed at the permanent deployment point of the 83rd Guards Air Assault Brigade,” the General Staff said.

The General Staff noted that the occupiers have severe difficulties in deploying the equipment to the battlefield.
