Russia, Ukraine swap first POWs

Russia and Ukraine have swapped prisoners of war (POWs) for the first time, Report informs with reference to UNIAN news agency.

The swap took place in Sumy region of Ukraine. The latter swapped one Russian officer for 5 servicemen.
