Russia to open land borders on July 15

Russia will open its land borders on July 15, Report informs, citing the country's Operational Headquarters.
Citizens of other countries, except citizens of Belarus, must undergo a PCR test upon arrival in Russia.
The border closure was due to the coronavirus pandemic.
