Russia terminates lease agreements for Ukrainian Embassy premises

The Moscow City Property Department has decided to terminate lease agreements for land plots provided for the Ukrainian Embassy, the Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova said, Report informs.
“Indeed, in April last year, the Kyiv City Council announced the termination of the lease agreement for the land plot where the Russian Embassy in Ukraine was located. There is a principle of reciprocity in diplomacy. In connection with this, the Department of City Property of Moscow also decided to terminate lease agreements for land plots provided for the Ukrainian Embassy in Russia,” Zakharova noted.
