Russia sees first cases of Omicron strain

Russia has detected the first cases of the novel coronavirus Omicron strain, Report informs via Russian media.
The Omicron strain was found in two patients returning to Russia from South Africa.
COVID-19 was found in 10 more Russians returning from South Africa. The strain of the virus they had contracted is being investigated.
