Russia's Putin advises CIS leaders not rush to officially recognize Taliban

"We should not rush to officially recognize the Taliban," Russian President Vladimir Putin told a video conference with CIS leaders, Report informs.
"We understand that we need to interact with them, but we should not hurry. We will discuss together and consult with you," Putin concluded.
