Russia returns 42 bodies to Ukraine

On December 27, an exchange of bodies of servicemen took place between Ukraine and Russia, according to Ukraine’s Ministry of Reintegration, Report informs referring to RBC-Ukraine.
The Ukrainian side managed to return the bodies of 42 people.
“The Office of the Commissioner for Missing Persons, together with law enforcement agencies, continue to return the bodies of the heroes who gave their lives for Ukraine. Today, another transfer of bodies took place - 42 dead were delivered,” reads the report.
Since the establishment of the ministry, the bodies of 869 military personnel have been returned to the country.
