Russia, Kazakhstan mull collaboration in energy, transport

The Presidents of Russia and Kazakhstan, Vladimir Putin and Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, respectively, have discussed cooperation between the two countries, especially in the energy and transport sectors, Report informs via TASS.
According to the information released by the press service of the Kremlin, the sides considered the current issues of mutual activity in the commercial-economic, energy, and transport-logistics fields.
The presidents also discussed preparations for the July summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and other international issues:
"Some international issues were touched upon, including the preparation for SCO Heads of State Council meeting scheduled to be held in Astana in July," the information said.
