Russia is beginning to withdraw some of its troops from the border region with Ukraine, Report informs, citing the Russian Defense Ministry.
The units of the Western and Southern military circles are starting to return to their bases after the exercises.
"As soon as the combat training is completed, the troops will, as always, make a combined march to the permanent deployment points.
