On October 14, the Russian Foreign Ministry sent a note to the Montenegrin embassy in Moscow banning entry to the Russian Federation for Montenegrin Foreign Minister Ranko Krivokapic, Deputy Prime Minister for Political System, Defense Minister Rasko Konjevic and former head of National Security Agency Savo Kentera, Report informs referring to TASS.
This measure is a response to Montenegro's “yet another hostile decision to declare diplomats of the Russian Embassy in Podgorica persona non grata" adopted in September this year.
