Reznikov says Ukrainian army preparing to break through Russia's defense

Ukraine is preparing to break through Russia's defenses using modern technologies, said Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov said, Report informs.

According to him, the Ukrainian defense forces are preparing for a counterattack:

"But it is not clear when we will start counter-offensive operations. This is especially dependent on weather conditions."

Reznikov said that the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will choose a specific date for counter-offensive operations.
