Reznikov: Heavy fighting in Kharkiv, Luhansk and Donbas

The Russian military is withdrawing from Chernihiv and Sumy oblasts to gather new forces and change the direction of the attack, said Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov in his address to the nation, Report informs, citing UNIAN.

"Currently, heavy fighting is going on in Kharkiv, Luhansk, and Donbas. Our troops are forcing the Russian military to withdraw from Kherson. The situation in Chernihiv remains difficult. Defenders fight heroically in Mariupol. Today, thousands of Ukrainians are fighting for the future of the country. Although the opponent's technique is more, they run away because they are not as brave as we are," he said.
