Retailers suffer damage worth about $60M in Kazakhstan

Retailers have suffered serious damage as a result of the unrest in Kazakhstan, Report informs referring to the Union of Trade Networks.
The amount of damage is estimated at about $60 million.
The protests on January 5, which began in the first days of the new year, escalated into riots accompanied by looting and attacks on state institutions. As a result, more than 1,000 people were injured, some were killed.
