Quake hits Armenia

An earthquake has occurred not far from Armenia’s Jermuk city, Report informs referring to Armenian media citing the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The tremors were recorded at 16:00 local time, 18 km north of the city of Jermuk on the border with Azerbaijan.
The source of the tremors lay at a depth of 10 km, the magnitude was 3.
At the epicenter, the magnitude of the earthquake was 4. The tremors were felt in Jermuk, the villages of Gndevaz and Kechut (2-3 points), as well as in the village of Karchakhbyur (Gegharkunik) - 2 points.
