Putin warns those engaged in nuclear blackmail against Russia

Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the country will use all available means of protection in the event of a threat to its territorial integrity.
Report informs that during his address to citizens, Putin stressed that "this is not a bluff."
"Those who are trying to blackmail Russia with nuclear weapons should know that the 'wind rose' may return," Putin said.
