Putin, Berdimuhamedov mull co-op in energy sector

Presidents of Russia and Turkmenistan Vladimir Putin and Serdar Berdimuhamedov have had a telephone conversation.
They discussed issues of cooperation in the energy sector, Report informs referring to Russian media.
“The leaders of the two countries highly appreciated the achieved level of the Russian-Turkmen strategic partnership. The heads of state discussed a number of specific issues of practical cooperation in the energy sector,” reads the statement.
The leaders of the two countries met in December on the sidelines of the informal summit of the CIS countries, which was held in St. Petersburg.
