President of Kyrgyzstan to visit UAE

President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov will make a working visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) from November 30 to December 2, a spokesperson of the president’s office, Muratbek Azymbakiev, said, Report informs via Kyrgyz media.

Japarov will take part in the high-level segment of the 28th Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change. The event will bring together leaders from November 30 to December 12 to discuss progress in implementing the Paris Agreement on climate change and determining the next steps to limit global warming.

“On December 1, Sadyr Japarov will speak at the plenary session of the conference. On December 2, it is planned to sign several joint documents in the field of energy and investment with the UAE. The working visit will end with the participation of the head of state in the celebration of the National Day of the UAE,” he said.
