A new phase of the struggle between the defenders of the Ukrainian city and region of Mykolaiv and Russian troops has started, Report informs, citing UNIAN.
At 5:35 am local time (6:35 am GMT +4), a powerful explosion took place in the city, UNIAN reports. Residents were asked not to leave the shelters.
