Powerful earthquake strikes at Kazakhstan-Kyrgyzstan border

A magnitude 5.7 earthquake has hit the border between Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, Report informs, citing the press service of the National Scientific Center for Seismological Observations and Research of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kazakhstan.
Specialists recorded the earthquake at 09.12 local time (08.12 Baku time (GMT +4)) with the epicenter located 194 km south-east of Almaty. The source of the earthquake was at a depth of 10 kilometers.
There have been no reports of casualties and destruction.
