PM: Attending BRICS Summit in Kazan at high level is important for Armenia

It is important for the Republic of Armenia to attend the BRICS Summit in Kazan at a high level, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated during a parliamentary question-and-answer session with Cabinet members on October 23, Report informs via Armenpress.

"It is crucial for us to be present at various discussion platforms, to share the views and positions of the Republic of Armenia with different partners, and to listen to their messages, especially since the BRICS summit addresses the problems of the Global South. I believe that this agenda is directly related to the Republic of Armenia," Pashinyan said.

"The fact that I received an invitation from the President of the Russian Federation personally and accepted it is also a significant motivation. I believe that being there is important for the Republic of Armenia," Pashinyan added.
