US President Joseph Biden's statements against President Vladimir Putin are insulting, said Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov, Report informs, citing TASS.
"Biden voices such views almost every day, but we will not react to it. Because the President of the United States is nervous, very tired, and forgetful. We do not want to create more tension," he said.
