Pashinyan stresses need to continue fight against corruption

The fight against corruption in Armenia should not fall off the priority agenda, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said at a government meeting, Report informs via Armenian media.
Regarding the government procurement process, he noted that members of the Cabinet should not place much trust in the reports that are presented to them.
“You report to me, someone else reports to you, someone else reports to them. We must check important projects ourselves,” Pashinyan said.
Yesterday the Investigative Committee announced the detention of 7 people after searches at the country's Ministry of Economy.
