Pashinyan says won't attend upcoming CSTO summit

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will not participate in the Summit of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), Pashinyan told the President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, during a phone conversation, Report informs via Armenpress.
In a readout, the Prime Minister’s Office said issues related to organizing the upcoming CSTO Collective Security Council summit in Minsk, the capital of Belarus, scheduled to take place on November 23 were discussed.
The Armenian Prime Minister told the President of Belarus that he will be unable to participate in the summit and expressed hope that his CSTO colleagues will treat this decision with understanding.
