Pashinyan says necessary to start substantive negotiations on peace agreement with Baku

It is necessary to start substantive negotiations with Azerbaijan to conclude a peace treaty, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said in an interview with the Public Television, Report informs, citing the Armenian media.
"In the coming days, our foreign minister will hold a meeting with the Azerbaijani minister, during which, as we previously stated, negotiations should begin on the development of the text of the agreement," Pashinyan said.
