Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said that Russian border guards don’t have a mandate to be present in the Nerkin Hand section, Report informs referring to TASS.
He made the corresponding statement during the parliamentary hour, answering a question from one of the deputies.
“Regarding this situation, I can say that Russian border guards have neither a mandate nor an agreement. And if this means that Russian border guards in this zone cannot carry out activities aimed at security, then we need to draw appropriate conclusions from this,” said Pashinyan.
