Pashinyan: Building constructed in several days in other countries takes Armenia years to complete

One of the main problems in the construction sector in Armenia is the lack of a building culture, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said at a solemn event dedicated to the Builder's Day.

Report informs that, according to him, a professional holiday is an additional reason to talk about problems and outline ways to solve them.

"We are talking about the strategic development of the country, a new construction culture, new quality, new standards, new approaches and pace. It takes us years to dismantle a building. We have been dismantling the former building of the Ministry of Defense for four years, and this is a problem of both the private sector and the public sector. I'm not even talking about the timing of the construction of a new building," the prime minister said.
