Papuashvili: Georgian government plans to restrict import of pyrotechnics

The Georgian government plans to restrict the import of pyrotechnics, Speaker of the Georgian Parliament Shalva Papuashvili said, Report informs.
"Recent events show that we need to act quickly. Supporters of the pro-Western opposition are firing pyrotechnics at security forces during protests in Tbilisi," the speaker noted.
Papuashvili added that the Georgian authorities first decided to ban wearing masks during gatherings.
"Georgian Dream party plans to approve these laws by the end of the year," Papuashvili emphasized.
