The trilateral working group of vice premiers from Russia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia is currently in a "dormant" state, but it could be revived at any time, should the parties involved request it, Russian Vice-Premier Alexei Overchuk said during a press briefing at the XXXIV Congress of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP).
The group was initially formed through a joint statement by the heads of state as part of the November 2020 declaration. Overchuk clarified that the group hasn't been disbanded and could be reactivated if the relevant partners wish to resume its activities.
"It is in a dormant phase right now. It hasn't been closed, and if our partners come to us and we can be of help, which we certainly can, we're happy to continue our work," the vice-premier explained.
