Over 70 media representatives arrested in Iran protests

Seventy-three media representatives were arrested during protests in Iran, Report informs, citing Voice of America.
The protests have been going on for 110 days. During this period, 19,200 protesters were arrested, 73 of whom were media representatives. According to the research, 38 of those arrested are independent, 25 are general media reporters, 10 are reporters of provincial media, and 10 are photojournalists.
Among the arrested journalists are employees of news agencies of the government such as IRNA, ISNA, ILNA, Kar, and Mehr.
