More than 70,000 people in six regions of Russia were left without electricity due to bad weather, the Russian Ministry of Energy said.
Report informs citing Kommersant that problems with electricity were observed in the Ryazan, Yaroslavl, Vladimir regions, as well as in a number of southern regions.
Wet snow is cited as one of the reasons for power outages.
