Over 150 nabbed in Türkiye on suspicion of looting

Over 150 people have been detained on suspicion of looting in quake-affected regions in Türkiye, Report informs via Haberturk.

"152 suspects have been detained on cases of theft, looting and qualified fraud in the area," the country's Ministry of Justice said.

In addition, during the investigation, 83 suspected contractors involved in the construction and repair of buildings that collapsed during the earthquake were arrested, the newspaper writes.
