OSCE prepares to hold an extraordinary session of its Permanent Council on Russia's military action in Ukraine
On Thursday morning, permanent representatives of the OSCE member-states received information about the start of Russia's military action in eastern Ukraine, Report informs, citing TASS.
A source in the organization said the permanent council prepares to hold a session to discuss the developments.
