The number of people who suffered in an explosion on Istiklal avenue in Turkiye's Istanbul has climbed to 81, country's Vice President Fuat Oktay has said.
Report informs via Turkish media that the official said the attack was perpetrated by a woman.
"The attacker was a woman who detonated a bomb. Six people died in the explosion. The number of injured has risen to 81, with the condition of two of them assessed as critical," he said.
