Number of detainees in Kazakhstan announced

The Kazakh Counter-Terrorism Operational Headquarters stated that 3,706 people had been detained so far, Report informs.
Earlier, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said that hundreds of civilians and service members were injured and killed.
