New general secretary Imangali Tasmagambetov officially started his work by being presented at the meeting of the Permanent Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), Report informs, citing the telegram of the Embassy of Belarus in Russia.
Alexander Volfovich, State Secretary of the Security Council of Belarus, presented the new secretary general of the organization Imangali Tasmagambetov from Kazakhstan during the meeting of the CSTO Permanent Council.
