The National Guard patrols the streets of Talgar city in Kazakhstan after murder of a teen boy in early October, Kazinform said, citing the National Guard, Report informs.

The National Guard told that the military work is aimed at ensuring security and maintaining public order.

A 16-year-old teen boy died of stab wounds on the night of October 4. Local media say that a conflict occurred in a store of the victim’s family. A buyer refused to pay for beer and started to argue with the seller, the father of the murdered. The teen boy stood up for his father and asked the buyer to leave. But the buyer returned to the store with other people and started a mass fight in the store. The teenager received several stab wounds in the chest and died in the hospital. The uncle of the deceased was also taken to the hospital.

A criminal probe has been launched. Seven people were detained. The court arrested them for two months. On October 12, a house belonging to the teenager’s family was burned down in the village of Azat. No one was injured. Police took the family under guard. The Prosecutor General took the investigation under his control.
