Moscow to clarify issue of Armenia's CSTO membership, Peskov says

Armenia has not submitted official notifications regarding freezing its membership in the CSTO, Russian President's spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

Report informs via TASS that he said Moscow plans to clarify the issue of Armenia's membership in CSTO in its contacts with Yerevan.

During the visit to France, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said in an interview with France 24 that the country's membership in the OSCE "in which Moscow dominates" "has been frozen."

It was followed by a statement from the CSTO Secretariat saying Yerevan submitted no official notifications regarding suspension of its membership.
