Minister: Türkiye willing to discuss abolition of new import tariffs with US

Türkiye is willing to discuss with the United States the abolition of the 10% import tariffs imposed by Washington, stated Trade Minister Omer Bolat, Report informs via Anadolu.
The minister plans to discuss the tariffs during his visit to the United States in mid-May.
"We want to discuss the abolition of the 10% tariffs imposed on imports in negotiations with the US Department of Commerce and the US Trade Representative," he said.
