Mehmet Mus: Presidential election results to be announced during the day

The results of the presidential election will be announced within a day, Turkish Trade Minister Mehmet Mus opined after voting in the second round of the presidential election.

According to Report, he said no incidents are recorded during the voting.

"It is now time for people to say their word. After 17:00 local time, polling stations will close and the counting of votes will begin. In my opinion, the votes will be quickly counted. I don't think it will take long for the results to be published," the minister noted.

He said people's will must be respected regardless of the result.
