Meeting between Turkish and Armenian special envoys kicks off

The meeting between the special envoys of Turkiye and Armenia - Serdar Kilic and Ruben Rubinyan - has kicked off in Vienna, the capital of Austria, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia says, Report informs.
Ruben Rubinyan is the official envoy of Armenia for the normalization process of the relations between Turkiye and Armenia. Serdar Kilic, the former ambassador of Turkiye to the United States, is the Turkish envoy for the talks.
Representatives already met on January 14 in Moscow, and on February 24 and May 3 in Vienna.
