Media: Pashinyan preparing to remove several ministers from their posts

The situation in Armenia’s executive power is tense and alarming. Nikol Pashinyan is dissatisfied with the ministers, and a number of dismissals are expected in the government in the near future, Report informs referring to Zhoghovurd newspaper.

“Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Gnel Sanosyan and Minister of Environment Hakob Simidyan will leave their positions after the elections to the Council of Elders of Yerevan,” the newspaper notes.

However, according to the information in the executive branch, Pashinyan will not limit himself to this. Minister of High-Tech Industry Robert Khachatryan and Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Narek Mkrtchyan may also leave their posts.

“Due to talk about dismissals in the government, a tense situation has developed, the ministers, holding their breath, are waiting for who will be Pashinyan’s next target... But the issue of replacing them has not yet been resolved. It’s no secret that Pashinyan now has tense relations with almost all his teammates. He trusts no one and therefore does not find a replacement for the ministers, whom he will soon dismiss,” reads the message.
