Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan may announce Russian President Vladimir Putin's conditions for ending the conflict in Ukraine at the G20 summit in India, wrote the article of Ozay Sendir, columnist of Milliyet newspaper, Report informs.

The author wrote that the President of Türkiye is the only Western leader who can meet with the Russian leader before the G20 summit:

"This will turn Türkiye into a 'star' at the summit to be held in India. Thus, the President of Türkiye will announce Russia's conditions and proposals to the G20 countries. This means that the actual mediation process has begun to end the conflict between Ukraine and Russia."

Before the summit in India, Vladimir Putin and Recep Tayyip Erdogan will discuss the Grain Deal. The newspaper noted that this will strengthen the position of official Ankara in Africa, and at the same time, it will help to get the support of African countries in the UN.

The summit will be held in New Delhi on September 9-10.
