Chairwoman of the Russian Federation Council Valentina Matviyenko commented on the possible meeting between President Vladimir Putin and his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky, Report informs, citing TASS.
She told reporters that there were no grounds for this yet: "Because Ukraine does not have a specific position."
